Trellis is a post-School of Spiritual Direction for students of mine who are seeking ongoing friendship, spiritual formation, supervision, and support in the ministry of spiritual direction.

Cost

  • CAD$100 / year
  • I will invoice you directly and you can pay by Interac e-transfer or cheque (payable to “Suhail Stephen”)

  • Attendance (four sessions)
  • Preparing Focus Statement (for supervision)

Each session features the following:

  • Centering 
    • Silence
    • Spiritual Practice (engaging a well-worn form of contemplative prayer together)
    • Sharing (describing our experience of God in/with the practice)
  • Group Supervision (in triads)
    • Presenting a focus statement 
    • Peer Supervision
    • Affirming Charisms 
    • Prayer 
  • Support
    • Group Discussion (questions and comments relative to spiritual direction)
  • Benediction 
    • Encouragement and Closing Prayer
